How to use
Apply to clean, dry body skin no later than 2–3 hours before sleep.
- Use before a workout — after the workout, rinse the product off with water. Recommended use: 2–3 times per week.
- Once a week, you can perform a more intensive wrapping treatment: apply the gel in an even, thick layer to problem areas and wrap with film. After 30 minutes, rinse with water. The product is active, so during the procedure you may feel a warming sensation and the skin may become red — this is a normal skin reaction.
For better results, on the days when you do not use the treatment, we recommend using the YOU ARE daily anti-cellulite lotion.
Before first use, perform a skin compatibility test: apply a small amount of product to the inner side of the wrist, wait and make sure no unwanted reaction occurs. If the product irritates the skin or causes discomfort, we recommend discontinuing use immediately.
