1. When ordering goods on the website zaliaszingsnis.lt, the Buyer selects the delivery method. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide the necessary information required for the proper provision of the service. If the information is filled in incorrectly due to the Buyer’s fault, the Buyer assumes full responsibility for the non-delivery of the goods. Goods are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. For delivery to other countries, the Buyer may contact us by email at info@zaliaszingsnis.lt.

2. The Buyer undertakes to receive the ordered goods according to the collection method selected by them. If the Buyer does not collect the goods according to the selected method and does not inform the Seller about it, the Buyer has no right to make claims against the Seller. If the goods are returned to the sender’s address, the Buyer must contact the Seller using the provided contact details regarding the repeated shipment of the goods.

3. Collection of goods on site: Oršos g. 4, Vilnius, “Žalias Žingsnis”. On business days from 09:00 to 16:00. If the Buyer does not collect the goods within 10 business days, the Buyer has no right to make claims against the Seller.

4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer within the terms specified in the product descriptions. These terms do not apply in cases where the Seller’s warehouse does not have the required or alternative goods and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the goods ordered. The Buyer agrees that in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, the delivery term may differ from the terms specified in the product descriptions or from the delivery term agreed between the Buyer and the Seller. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the delivery term and other delivery-related matters.

5. In all cases, the Seller shall be released from liability for breach of the delivery term if such breach occurs due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
