How to use
Brush teeth 2 times a day.
Up to 2 years of age – use a rice grain-sized amount of toothpaste.
From 2 to 6 years of age – use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste.
Spit out the toothpaste after brushing. Avoid swallowing as much as possible. Children should brush their teeth under adult supervision.
